You can search by the person’s insurance ID number if you know it, or by their legal or derby names. When searching by name, you must enter the person’s name exactly as it appears in the WFTDA insurance office records. If you are unable to find a person by name, verify the spelling and/or ask the person to provide their insurance ID number.
