We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any product purchased from the WFTDA online store that is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
We ask that you return the merchandise within 15 days of the ship date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price, less shipping and any restocking fees. You will receive a refund to the credit card used in the amount of your refund, less shipping and restocking fees, as soon as the package is received.
